Assignment Overview
- Rockford, Illinois 61114
- 13-week W-2 travel contract; 5 openings
- Night shifts, 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Holiday coverage required.
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Target start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
Your Work
Combine attentive bedside care with timely assessment as you support patients with changing needs. Coordinate with the clinical team, recognize changes and help patients and families understand their care. This assignment brings together clinical judgment, practical problem-solving and the personal connections of nursing.
Provide nursing assessment, prescribed treatments, individualized care planning, monitoring and patient education. Collaborate with the care team and document care accurately.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required.
- Current CPR/BLS, ACLS and NIHSS.
- Relevant intermediate-care nursing experience.
