Travel Med-Surg RN - Nights - Zanesville, OH

Advertised total compensation: $50.45–$53.16/hour for eligible travelers.*

Bring your recent telemetry or step-down experience to a 13-week Med-Surg night assignment in Zanesville, Ohio. You’ll work directly with a recruiter who gets to know your availability, preferences, and circumstances and helps you work through questions about the assignment.

Assignment and pay

• Zanesville, Ohio 43701; in-person care.
• 13-week W-2 travel contract.
• Nights, 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.; every other weekend.
• 36 expected paid hours weekly; no call requirement.
• Estimated total for a 36-paid-hour week: $1,816.20–$1,913.76.*
• December 7, 2026 start for nurses who have not worked at this facility within the past nine months. Returning-traveler timing requires confirmation.

Your work

Provide comprehensive medical nursing care, primarily on 4 West. Assess and monitor patients, administer treatments, coordinate care, and document in Epic. Occasionally float to other appropriate medical-surgical units within your demonstrated competency.

What you bring

• Active Ohio RN license before submission.
• Hospital experience and at least three years of current or recent telemetry and/or step-down nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current Epic proficiency and independent telemetry interpretation. Both are required; telemetry competency is tested at onboarding.
• Ability to float within demonstrated competency.
• Disclose all requested time off at submission.

Important assignment details

The facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract. Weekly estimates depend on paid hours and individual reimbursement eligibility. Final contract dates and requested time off must match facility confirmation.
