Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Evaluate outpatient rehabilitation patients, develop treatment plans, provide therapy and education and document recovery progress.

Requirements

• Active Arizona physical therapist license or valid compact privilege only where legally authorized.
• Relevant outpatient rehabilitation experience and facility-specific credentialing.
• Prior permanent/PRN employment within twelve months may make candidates ineligible; other prior facility work requires review.
