• 12-week W-2 contract; 2 openings
• Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
• Paid weekly hours and the final schedule must be confirmed before an offer. No weekly earnings or guaranteed hours are promised.
• Target start: January 25, 2027, pending facility confirmation.

Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Evaluate and treat patients, implement rehabilitation plans and coordinate physical therapy care. One opening is in Tuba City, Arizona 86045 and one in Bodaway Gap, Arizona 86020; final assigned worksite confirmed before offer.

Requirements

• CAPTE-accredited physical therapy degree.
• At least three years of licensed physical therapy experience, including outpatient work.
• Current unrestricted physical therapist license meeting tribal-facility credentialing requirements and AHA BLS.
• Fingerprint clearance and medical-staff credentialing before starting.
