Take on a varied emergency nursing assignment in a Level II trauma setting with dedicated STEMI and stroke services. Care for adult and pediatric patients, respond to changing priorities and work across trauma, cardiac and other emergency presentations. With five care pods, 49 beds and a stated maximum 4:1 patient ratio, this role offers experienced emergency nurses a busy setting in which to put their skills to work.
Assignment Overview
- Chico, California 95926
- 13-week W-2 contract; 3 openings
- Variable 12-hour shifts, with start times from 6 a.m. through 6 p.m. Holiday coverage required.
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Start date will be confirmed with the facility before assignment.
What You Bring
- Active California RN license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC; ENPC preferred.
- At least two years of emergency experience in a Level II or higher trauma center, including pediatric, trauma, STEMI and stroke care.
- Epic charting experience.

Compensation details
Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $30.37–$33.63.
