Put your critical-care awareness to work in medical step-down nursing. Recognize changes early, coordinate thoughtful care and help patients progress through a demanding stage of recovery. You will bring focused assessment, clear communication and teamwork to a night-shift assignment caring for patients who need closer monitoring.
Assignment Overview
- Cleveland, Ohio 44109
- 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
- Nights, 7 p.m.-7 a.m.; weekend and holiday rotation; no call.
- Weekly hours are not guaranteed; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
- Proposed start: October 26, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
What You Bring
- Active RN authorization for Ohio practice.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
- At least one year of critical-care or step-down experience.
- Clear clinical communication and EPIC documentation skills.

For eligible travelers, total compensation may include both taxable W-2 wages and separate travel reimbursements under Domnovate Healthcare’s travel reimbursement policy. Travel reimbursement eligibility and amounts are determined independently based on the employee’s circumstances, assignment location, and applicable reimbursement guidelines.
Compensation details
Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$23.00.
