Help residents rebuild confidence with everyday activities that matter to them. Work under an occupational therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans, practice functional skills and encourage steady progress toward greater independence. This day-shift skilled-nursing assignment is a chance to combine hands-on therapy with meaningful relationships and close collaboration across the rehabilitation team.

- 13-week W-2 contract; 2 openings
- Day shifts; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Proposed start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
What You Bring
- Current Wyoming occupational therapy assistant authorization and COTA certification.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Ability to carry out treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision and document resident progress.

Compensation details
Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$22.10.
