Help residents work toward greater independence in self-care and daily life. Assess functional needs, develop individualized occupational therapy plans and adapt treatment as residents progress. You will collaborate with the rehabilitation and nursing teams in a skilled-nursing setting where practical goals and personal connections are central to care.

What You Bring
- Current Wyoming occupational therapist authorization.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong assessment, treatment-planning and clinical documentation skills.

Compensation details
Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$22.80.
