Evaluate individual needs, plan purposeful treatment activities and work with families and the care team to support greater function and independence. This Friday-through-Monday assignment offers a four-day schedule and the chance to combine clinical problem-solving with practical goals that patients can carry into everyday life.

- 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
- Friday-Monday, four ten-hour shifts per week.
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- Proposed start: October 30, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
What You Bring
- Active Oregon occupational therapist license and an accredited occupational therapy degree.
- Current CPR certification and a valid Oregon driver’s license.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation procedures and a collaborative approach to patient and family care.

For eligible travelers, total compensation may include both taxable W-2 wages and separate travel reimbursements under Domnovate Healthcare’s travel reimbursement policy. Compensation details
Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $22.66–$25.56.
