LVN - Skilled Nursing - Days

Working under RN and nursing-leadership supervision, support medication safety, recognize changes in residents’ conditions and help carry individualized care plans into daily practice. What You Bring

• At least one year of skilled-nursing experience; subacute experience alone does not meet the experience requirement.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN program with an active California LVN license and current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, safe medication administration and resident-assessment skills within LVN scope.
• Basic computer skills; electronic health-record experience and additional languages are preferred.
