Lead coordinated rehabilitation care

Our Client is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation for a permanent, on-site opportunity in Stockton, California. Bring your rehabilitation background, clear communication and practical leadership to a 119-bed care setting. This is a direct-hire position employed by Our Client.

Your contribution

Guide day-to-day rehabilitation service delivery and help the team connect individualized treatment with meaningful functional goals. Coordinate team communication, workflow and clinical priorities, support timely and accurate documentation, and promote safe, consistent professional practice. Work with the wider care team to address service needs, review quality and support staff development. The precise management responsibilities, team structure, caseload and any direct treatment expectations will be discussed during hiring. Clinical work must remain within your licensed scope.

Schedule and employment

• Full-time permanent direct-hire role in Stockton, California.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with no weekend rotation.

What you bring

• An appropriate licensed rehabilitation professional background and California licensure required for the role.
• Prior relevant professional experience; new graduates are not accepted for this opening.

• Strong organization, team communication, clinical judgment and the ability to support coordinated rehabilitation services.
