Speech Language Pathologist - Local Contract - Rutland, VT

Our Client is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract opportunity in Rutland, Vermont. Bring thoughtful clinical judgment to rehabilitation that connects communication, safe swallowing and everyday participation.

Your contribution

Assess communication, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing needs within professional scope; develop individualized goals and treatment plans, deliver interventions, reassess progress and adapt care. Teach patients and caregivers practical safety techniques. Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Monday–Friday day shift, listed 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal period.
• The assignment lists a 35-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked schedule before offer.
• Current source end date January 23, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer; this is not a promise of 17 new weeks.

What you bring

• Vermont Speech-Language Pathology licensure or eligibility, completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications.
• Clinical reasoning, clear communication and patient-centered care.
• Ability to complete applicable credential, screening, orientation and client requirements.
