Our Client is seeking a Occupational Therapist for a local contract opportunity in Hayward, California. Bring thoughtful clinical judgment to rehabilitation that connects safer mobility, practical recovery and everyday independence.

Your contribution

Evaluate functional abilities and needs affecting everyday activities, develop individualized goals and treatment plans, provide therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies within occupational therapy scope, reassess progress and adapt care. Teach patients and caregivers practical safety techniques. Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Tuesday–Saturday day shift, listed 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal period.
• The assignment lists a 35-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked schedule before offer.
• Current source end date January 9, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer; this is not a promise of 17 new weeks.

What you bring

• California Occupational Therapy licensure or eligibility, completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications.
• Clinical reasoning, clear communication and patient-centered care.
• Ability to complete applicable credential, screening, orientation and client requirements.
