Our Client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a local contract opportunity in Bloomfield, New Mexico. Help people with daily needs while contributing attentive observations, clear communication and respectful care to the nursing team.

Your contribution

Provide practical nursing care within authorized scope and care plans. Monitor resident needs, administer medications and treatments as authorized, communicate changes to the RN or provider, support safe care and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with the care team and follow infection prevention and safety practices.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Day shift 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, 30-minute meal; exact workdays confirmed before offer.
• Source lists 36-hour weekly guarantee subject to attendance and assignment terms. Workdays are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
• Overtime is not guaranteed.
• Current source assignment ends December 6, 2026. Start and remaining duration confirmed before offer; remaining duration depends on the confirmed start.

What you bring

• Current New Mexico LPN license or eligibility, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate practical nursing education and qualifications and ability to provide nursing care within scope.
• Careful observations, dependable communication and a respectful approach.
• Ability to complete applicable screening, credential and orientation requirements.
