This is an ongoing invitation to connect, rather than a guaranteed shift or a specific immediate vacancy. The contribution you can make

Assess patient needs, deliver and evaluate nursing care, administer medications and treatments as authorized, document care, and coordinate with the clinical team. The current source setting is rehabilitation and nursing care; exact resident-care responsibilities, experience and certifications will be reviewed for each opportunity. Exact duties, care setting and supervision will be reviewed for each opportunity and must remain within your training and authorized scope. Respect each person's dignity, privacy and safety, follow infection prevention practices, communicate clearly and document care accurately.

What to bring

• Current Maryland registered nurse license and qualifications appropriate to the selected clinical specialty. Exact experience and life-support requirements will be confirmed before acceptance.
• Clear communication, reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a clinical team.
• Readiness to complete credential, screening and orientation requirements for a selected opportunity.

Pay and benefits

Regular-hour W-2 pay is $36.95–$38.95 per hour, depending on the specific shift, work setting, experience, qualifications and other job-related factors. Higher rates apply only to qualifying shifts. The exact rate and any overtime or other applicable compensation will be confirmed before you accept a shift. No traveler stipend is included.

Paid sick leave and other statutory benefits are provided as required by law. Any additional employer-of-record benefit eligibility and plan terms will be disclosed for a specific assignment before acceptance. Applying does not guarantee work or hours.
