Help people regain function and independence

Our Client is seeking a Physical Therapist for an on-site contract in Aitkin, Minnesota. Provide thoughtful rehabilitation care primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care, with some outpatient, home-health and assisted/independent-living services.

Your contribution

Evaluate mobility and functional needs, develop individualized therapy plans, provide treatment within physical therapy scope, assess progress and adjust interventions. Educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with the care team and maintain accurate documentation.

Assignment overview

• Aitkin, Minnesota 56431; anticipated 13-week contract with a tentative November 16, 2026 start, subject to clearance and confirmation.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid meal period. The source lists 32 guaranteed hours; the final paid schedule and applicable guarantee exceptions are reviewed before offer.
• No call or holiday coverage is currently required. Additional overtime is not guaranteed.
• Travel between assigned care locations may be required. Paid business-travel time and applicable mileage reimbursement are reviewed before acceptance.
• Local compensation is advertised; no housing or travel stipend is included in this hourly range.

What you bring

• Physical therapy education and professional qualifications appropriate to the assignment, with Minnesota PT licensure upon acceptance and before practice.
• Ability to work across the listed care settings and complete client-required competency, health screening and Minnesota background/fingerprint clearance.
• Clear communication, sound clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach.

Employment and benefits

This is W-2 employment with Domnovate Healthcare. Paid weekly, each Friday for the prior week’s work. Applicable overtime and statutory paid sick leave are provided. Eligible employees may enroll in employer-supported individual medical coverage, subject to enrollment deadlines, eligibility, plan terms and any employee premium contribution. Dental and vision offerings are available for 2027 subject to eligibility and plan terms. Exact coverage and effective dates are reviewed during hiring.
