Physical Therapist - Local Contract - Peterborough, NH

Our Client is seeking a Physical Therapist for a local contract in Peterborough, New Hampshire. Bring thoughtful assessment, practical treatment planning and clear communication to a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The assignment

• On-site local contract; this is not a traveler stipend package.
• The current order lists November 23, 2026 through February 22, 2027. Start date and final assignment duration will be confirmed before acceptance.
• Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal period.
• The order lists 40 guaranteed hours, subject to the written assignment terms, attendance, approved time off and applicable makeup requirements. The specific days and any weekend or nearby-site coverage will be confirmed before acceptance.
• Employment is W-2 through our employer of record, Ascen Workforce LLC, with the assignment coordinated by Domnovate.

Your contribution

Evaluate mobility and functional needs, develop individualized physical therapy plans, deliver treatment within scope and reassess progress. Use appropriate therapeutic exercise, gait, balance and functional mobility interventions. Educate patients and caregivers, document care accurately and collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team. Follow safety, professional and client requirements, including the applicable productivity expectations discussed before acceptance.

What you bring

• Current New Hampshire Physical Therapist licensure, or eligibility with required licensure completed before practice.
• Physical therapy education and credentials meeting state requirements and the applicable client qualification pathway.
• Clinical judgment, patient-centered communication and reliable documentation.
• Ability to complete assignment screening and credential requirements. The client restricts consideration where an applicant has applied directly or had contact with its recruiters in the previous six months; we will review eligibility with you.
