Local W-2 Pay: $50.50–$53.00/hour*

Use your clinic, infusion and triage experience in a 13-week daytime RN assignment with Our Client in Fort Defiance, Arizona. Bring clear clinical judgment and patient communication to primary care and infusion services.

Assignment Overview

• Fort Defiance, Arizona 86504; two openings.
• Target start: November 16, 2026, subject to credentialing and facility confirmation.
• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch: 40 scheduled work hours weekly.
• The order lists 36 guaranteed hours per week under the confirmed assignment terms.
• No scheduled call, weekends, holidays or 10-hour shifts.
• Orientation is scheduled every other Monday. Compliance deadlines must be met before the confirmed start.

Your Work

Provide registered nursing care in primary care and infusion clinics. Apply strong assessment, critical thinking and triage skills, including knowledge of the Emergency Severity Index, while coordinating with the clinical team and documenting care in RPMS.

Requirements

• At least three years of recent clinic nursing experience.
• Infusion experience and strong triage skills, including ESI knowledge.
• Active RN license and American Heart Association BLS.
• Complete assignment-specific competencies, background, registry and health requirements before start.

Pay and Employment

This range is local, fully taxable hourly W-2 pay. Employment is through an employer of record. No travel stipend, housing or reimbursement package is included. Overtime and any assignment premiums will be detailed in the confirmed offer. Benefits, eligibility and employee contributions will be reviewed before acceptance. Any schedule or scope change requires a compensation review.
