Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) - Days - Grand Junction, CO

Actual compensation will vary based on the assignment, schedule, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. For eligible travelers, total compensation may include both taxable W-2 wages and separate travel reimbursements under Domnovate Healthcare’s travel reimbursement policy. Travel reimbursement eligibility and amounts are determined independently based on the employee’s circumstances, assignment location, and applicable reimbursement guidelines.

Bring your clinic nursing skills to a 13-week daytime contract helping older adults maintain their health and independence. Work with Our Client’s PACE clinic team in Grand Junction, Colorado, with no scheduled call.

Your assignment

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The final roster, meal periods and paid hours are confirmed before an offer.
• 13-week contract; actual start date confirmed after credentialing. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.
• No scheduled call or required holiday coverage is listed for this order.
• Local, fully taxable hourly pay; this advertised package includes no housing or travel reimbursement.
• W-2 employment through our employer of record, with applicable overtime and statutory leave.

The work

Provide evidence-based nursing care for older adults participating in a coordinated care program. Perform physical assessments, develop and follow nursing care plans, provide skilled clinic interventions, and teach and counsel participants and their caregivers. Coordinate appointments and communication with the interdisciplinary team and document each encounter accurately.

What you bring

• Current Colorado RN licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• At least two years of RN experience; clinic experience preferred.
• Current BLS from an accredited provider.
• Strong assessment, organization, communication and computer skills.
• Ability to complete required competency, health, background and credential checks and paid pre-start training. Screening and clearance timing are reviewed before a start is confirmed.
