Our Client is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a permanent opportunity in Stockton, California. Bring your clinical judgment and thoughtful communication to work that connects individualized treatment with practical goals.

This is a direct-hire position employed by Our Client. The specific care setting, caseload and team structure will be discussed during hiring. This setting connects planned therapy with practical recovery, mobility and everyday independence. Your contribution

Assess communication, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing needs within your professional scope. Develop individualized goals and treatment plans, deliver appropriate interventions, monitor progress and adapt care as needs change. Use clear explanations and practical strategies to help patients and caregivers understand the plan and participate in care.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team so treatment goals connect with each person’s daily activities. Document interventions, observations and progress accurately and promptly, communicate relevant changes, and follow professional standards, safety practices and applicable requirements. The aim is thoughtful, coordinated care that respects each person’s abilities, priorities and dignity.

Schedule and employment

• Permanent, on-site direct-hire opportunity in Stockton, California.
• Weekly hours, workdays, weekend requirements and start date will be confirmed during hiring.
• The source lists day-shift timing of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, a 30-minute meal period and a tentative November 30, 2026 start. Weekly hours, workdays and final start details will be confirmed during hiring.
• Employment, benefits and final terms are provided and confirmed by Our Client; this is not a traveler package.

What you bring

• California Speech Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility, with required licensure completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications for speech-language pathology practice.
• Sound clinical reasoning, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• The ability to assess, plan, deliver and document speech-language pathology care within scope and to complete applicable client screening and credential requirements.
