Job search and applications
This portal displays active, published healthcare opportunities. Sample jobs, when shown, are labeled. Full job details are shown here, and applications are stored in our recruiting system. When Quick Apply is enabled, the portal securely forwards your chosen résumé to our recruiting system.
Browser saves
Browser-only saved jobs, named searches, and preferences stay in this browser’s local storage. Other people using the same browser may see them. Remove individual saves in the portal or clear the browser’s site data. Embedded browser storage may be separate or unavailable under browser privacy settings.
Careers accounts
If you create an account, Neon provides sign-in and email verification and processes your name, email address, and authentication information. Account-based saved searches store your search name, keyword, selected states, job type, account identifier, and creation and update dates in our Neon database. They remain available until you delete them. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete account-based searches.
Delete account-based searches from your saved-search dashboard. For account or personal-data requests, contact DOMNOVATE Healthcare through the contact options on our main website.
Account verification and password-recovery messages are part of sign-in. Creating an account or saving a search does not subscribe you to job-alert emails. If you explicitly opt in, we store your alert frequency, email address, consent and confirmation dates, hashed confirmation and unsubscribe tokens, and delivery records. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Microsoft 365 sends job-alert messages from jobalerts@domnovatehealthcare.com. Pending email content is encrypted in the queue. Unsubscribing stops future alerts for that search; deleting the saved search removes its associated alert records.
Quick Apply
When Quick Apply is available, you can choose to save your full name, phone number, and résumé for applications. Contact details are encrypted in the portal database; the résumé file is stored in our recruiting system. We retain candidate and résumé references, a file fingerprint, your setup consent date, and application status records. We use your verified account email and contact details to match an existing candidate record. After email verification, possible records sharing that exact email may show their names, masked phone numbers, and record creation year so you can identify your own record. A single matching record without a phone shows its name and matching email for you to confirm. You can identify your own record or explicitly choose a separate new record; existing records are not merged or overwritten. Unverified or incomplete writes stop for review. Saving a profile does not apply you to jobs or subscribe you to alerts. Choosing Quick Apply on a role sends your saved application details for that role. Contact our recruiting team to update or remove your application profile or résumé.
Hosting
Vercel hosts this portal and may process request metadata, IP addresses, and security logs. No additional analytics service has been added.
